BMS Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced BMS Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Building Management Systems for commercial and industrial projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC control, fire alarm integration, and security system coordination within BMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop BMS architecture and control strategies

• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of BMS systems

• Integration of HVAC, lighting control, fire alarm, and security systems

• Programming and troubleshooting of PLC/DDC controllers

• Prepare technical documentation, I/O schedules, and as-built drawings

• Coordinate with MEP teams, consultants, and clients

• Perform system testing, fault diagnosis, and preventive maintenance

• Provide technical support during project handover

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control logic

• Experience with PLC/DDC programming

• Knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX

• Ability to read and interpret electrical and control drawings

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and reporting ability

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in BMS projects

• Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, factories, or data centers preferred

• Familiarity with leading BMS platforms will be an advantage

• AutoCAD knowledge

• Site commissioning experience & ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
